Senior iOS Developer in Colombia

Summary

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join their client's team, an industry leader in consciousness-expanding videos. The developer will work on mobile and TV apps, requiring extensive Swift development experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of native iOS app development experience
• Experience with Swift
• Experience with offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Good understanding of core iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members

Responsibilities

Work with a team of engineers building and maintaining customer’s mobile and tv apps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Apple TV apps
• Experience with other TV streaming devices like Fire TV, Roku, Chromecast & Tizen
• Experience with graphQL and PostgreSQL
• Javascript experience is a plus, specifically on React/redux and Node experience
