Requirements

  • Have 5+ years experience working in a SaaS-based IT environment
  • Possess subject matter expertise in workflows and integrations, leveraging APIs to automate processes and reduce redundancy
  • Have familiarity with strict compliance regulations, like HIPAA
  • Are a hunter/gatherer, skilled at working with stakeholders to collect, synthesize and present solutions that meet business needs and drive efficiency across workflows
  • Value project management, and plan work visibly and methodically
  • Are a team player and welcome feedback with a growth mindset
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security and privacy best practices and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure optimal function of essential business applications, such as Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian suite, and Slack
  • Manage application security through routine audits, and enforce best practices for access control
  • Develop and uphold procedures for employee lifecycle management, especially onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain documentation for all core applications and processes
  • Address and resolve application-related incidents and service requests
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance application configurations and workflows
