Requirements

  • Required experience of NetSuite, SFDC, MS Azure and AWS
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as ERP systems, network management, server administration, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team, while also being able to execute technical tasks directly
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Understanding and ability to follow InfoSec guidelines and principles and IT services
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
  • Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure the protection of company data, networks, and systems against internal and external threats
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex IT issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand and support their IT needs
  • Act as a technical leader, able to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions directly when needed
  • Participate in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT systems and networks
