Requirements

  • Enjoy sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus
  • Have a successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc
  • Be an IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software
  • Have working proficiency in English (Polish- native)
  • Be a self-organised and self-motivated person

Responsibilities

  • Work with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them
  • Acquire new customers
  • Develop sales strategy in the region
  • Coach sales team
  • Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography
  • Manage sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry, to the order receiving and ensuring the repetitive orders flow
  • Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project and be the primary contact point for your customers
  • Regularly and punctually reflect the sales process in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding
  • Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment
