Summary
Join StackAdapt's Solutions team as a Senior Analyst to lead strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across our suite of programmatic advertising products. You will work on projects and partnerships improving platform competitiveness, delivering solutions to clients, and influencing new products and features. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations) to shape the future of AdTech & MarTech. You will develop and manage the Solutions roadmap, translate roadmap elements into executable projects, and build a robust go-to-market strategy. The position requires managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships. You will also build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance StackAdapt solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following: consulting, strategy & operations, growth, VC, PE, product management, partnerships & alliances, sales engineering, client services, program management, technical program management, business analytics, or experience shipping solutions
- Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Solutions roadmap by implementing a rigorous ‘business problem discovery’ process
- Diligently study key clients’ strategic data integrations, technology and business processes and identify revenue growth, retention, collaboration and competitor analysis
- As a subject matter expert, communicate StackAdapt’s vision with senior brand/holdco decision-makers and positively influence their business and technology strategies
- Translate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects which address identified gaps, working across Platform, Product, Partnerships and Operations
- Articulate the business challenge and the corresponding solutions to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and achieve alignment on project design, prioritization and resourcing with leaders spanning Legal, Product, Engineering, Revenue, Partnerships and Data Science organizations
- Ensure the project’s success by building, maintaining and executing engagement plans and managing dependencies across internal and external partners. Manage timelines and delivery risk in order to ensure projects are released on time and StackAdapt continues to capitalize on its growth momentum
- Develop and manage a robust go-to-market strategy, which includes (but is not limited to): Sourcing trusted brand and holdco partners willing to test new solutions via ‘Closed Beta’ PoCs in order to identify fixes, gather market feedback, finalize pricing, assign co-marketing opportunities and prepare for full release
- Managing new solutions through the commercialization funnel, which includes an ‘Open Beta’ phase prior to full release
- Coordinating with other go-to-market teams (including Product Marketing and Sales) on launch activities, including market positioning, partner or client co-marketing, sales enablement training, product marketing materials and client onboarding
- Establishing a ‘Day 2’ framework for monitoring adoption, gathering and validating user feedback and integrating new feature improvements
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with ecosystem partners in order to enhance the breadth and depth of StackAdapt solutions across targeting, measurement and other areas of innovation
- Represent StackAdapt’s vision at leading industry events and meet with ecosystem partners in order to advance strategic and commercial relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at a fast-growing B2B, AdTech, or MarTech firm
