Summary

Join Human Edge, a company passionate about maximizing human potential, as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful leadership interventions and programs for senior leadership teams, focusing on performance, productivity, and culture shaping. This role involves translating customer needs into holistic leadership programs, delivering these programs, and leveraging existing resources to create new ones. You will build strong client relationships and co-create team leadership development journeys. The position requires in-depth knowledge of organizational change management and includes facilitating coaching sessions. Requirements

  • 10 + years of experience
  • University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable
  • Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, CCL, EMCC,CTI)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance
  • Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams
  • Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs
  • Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics
  • Deliver Leadership Development Programs
  • Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with clients
  • Responsible for co creating game-changing team leadership development journeys
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools
  • Facilitate confidential, results-oriented coaching sessions
