Summary

Requirements

  • Experience using/working with Saas sales processes
  • Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources
  • Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management
  • Ability to scope, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to meet the needs of the sales teams
  • Ability to use authoring tools (Evolve), visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions
  • Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to-end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources
  • Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team
  • Coach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration
  • Review content created by peers to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials that are aligned with learning objectives
  • Lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex ambiguous situations
  • Process driven with ability to take ownership, plan and work autonomously
  • Conduct root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting
