Summary

Axur is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join their team for remote work. The role includes legal advisory, contract management, risk analysis, legal operations, training, compliance & regulatory implementation, and more. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Law, active Bar membership (OAB), at least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel, proficiency in Portuguese, and proficiency in English or Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Active Bar membership (OAB)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel
• Experience with technology contracts, LegalOps, Privacy and Data Protection, and overall legal department operations
• Proficiency in Portuguese
• Proficiency in English or Spanish

Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel and draft opinions on a wide range of matters
• Contract Management: Oversee contract drafting, review, and the creation of contract management processes
• Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate legal risks, offering strategic solutions
• Legal Operations (LegalOps): Manage and optimize legal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Training: Develop and deliver training programs on relevant legal topics
• Compliance & Regulatory Implementation: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and lead the implementation of new legal requirements
