Senior Legal Analyst, Remote - Brazil
Summary
Axur is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join their team for remote work. The role includes legal advisory, contract management, risk analysis, legal operations, training, compliance & regulatory implementation, and more. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Law, active Bar membership (OAB), at least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel, proficiency in Portuguese, and proficiency in English or Spanish.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active Bar membership (OAB)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel
- Experience with technology contracts, LegalOps, Privacy and Data Protection, and overall legal department operations
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Proficiency in English or Spanish
Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel and draft opinions on a wide range of matters
- Contract Management: Oversee contract drafting, review, and the creation of contract management processes
- Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate legal risks, offering strategic solutions
- Legal Operations (LegalOps): Manage and optimize legal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs on relevant legal topics
- Compliance & Regulatory Implementation: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and lead the implementation of new legal requirements
