Join Uberall as a Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Deal Desk and play a key supporting role in executing deal support, quote-to-cash processes, and pricing. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support strategic deals, maintain process integrity, and drive revenue enablement initiatives. Responsibilities include deal desk operations, quote-to-cash process management, deal resource and enablement, RFP coordination and contract operations, pricing and commercial strategy, and impact and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline partner to Sales for non-standard deal structuring and quote preparation
  • Coordinate approval workflows for pricing exceptions and non-standard terms
  • Monitor compliance with deal desk policies and escalate issues as needed
  • Support the quote generation and contract creation process using CPQ and CRM tools
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for quote, contract, and order management
  • Assist in documentation and testing of enhancements to systems and tools used in the quote-to-cash cycle
  • Maintain a centralized repository of deal templates, playbooks, and FAQs
  • Provide training and support to Sales on commercial policies and tools
  • Help track and analyze key deal metrics to inform enablement strategies
  • Assist in coordination and response preparation for RFPs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain and update a database of reusable RFP content
  • Support contract migration or novation projects by ensuring accurate documentation and process alignment with Legal and Customer Success
  • Assist in the maintenance and application of Uberall’s pricing frameworks and discounting guidelines
  • Support the development of pricing models for new offerings in collaboration with Product and Finance teams
  • Conduct pricing and margin analysis to ensure deal profitability and policy alignment
  • As a key member of the Commercial Operations & Deal Desk team, the Senior Analyst helps ensure Uberall closes business efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with strategic goals
