Join Believe, a global leader in the digital music market, as a Social Relations Manager for France and Luxembourg. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide strategic support to management on social issues, ensuring legal and social compliance. Key responsibilities include managing social relations with employee representatives, negotiating collective agreements, handling conflicts, and supporting individual HR situations. This role requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in social relations management within similar-sized companies, strong negotiation skills, and excellent knowledge of French labor law. Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in social law, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in managing social relations within similar-sized companies, with solid experience in collective bargaining and managing employee representative bodies
- Excellent command of labor law and social relations
- Proven ability to negotiate and mediate
- Ability to anticipate and manage conflicts proactively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sense of diplomacy, listening, and discretion

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to management on social issues, providing informed analyses and recommendations
- Contribute to the analysis of the legal and social feasibility of any project/file or legal structure
- Ensure monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments in labor law and guarantee the compliance of company practices, including training issues (e.g., implementation of professional interviews), payroll (e.g., changes in regulations on absence management) and HCST (e.g., mandatory safety training)
- Build and manage social dialogue with employee representative bodies, particularly the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and union delegates, ensuring constructive and serene relations; establish and deploy a long-term vision and plan for social relations within the company
- Responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring the social calendar, collecting and/or preparing work and presentation materials for various bodies: CSE, CSSCT, meetings with union delegates
- Monitor and update the Economic, Social, and Environmental Database (BDESE)
- Draft agreements and conduct negotiations with social partners on various issues such as work organization and time, remuneration, and equal opportunities
- Identify and anticipate potential sources of social conflict, propose and implement appropriate solutions to prevent or resolve them
- Provide support to HR and HRBPs in managing individual situations, handling alerts, contract terminations, pre-litigation and litigation
