Summary

The job is for a Senior Lighting Artist position at People Can Fly, an international AAA games development studio with remote work options. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Lighting Artist in a AAA game development environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, particularly Lumen and Nanite
• Deep understanding of performance testing tools and techniques
• Proficiency in PBR techniques and guidelines
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to custom pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Perforce or similar source control systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the lighting team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
• Provide clear and constructive feedback from the Tech Art Director and Art Director to the team
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence skills to manage and support team members effectively
