The Senior Manager, K-12 Student Leadership position at Active Minds is a full-time, exempt role that aims to strengthen and scale the impact of Active Minds' K-12 network. The role involves managing the Mental Health Advocacy Academy, overseeing the High School Advisory Board, creating educational trainings and resources for K-12 students, and more.

Requirements

• At least six years of demonstrated experience developing and maintaining K-12 school health programs with key K-12 stakeholders
• Strong background working in K-12 schools with youth and adult stakeholders and developing mental health messaging, content, and programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and scale the nationwide impact of Active Minds’ K-12 network
• Manage the Active Minds Mental Health Advocacy Academy
• Oversee the Active Minds High School Advisory Board
• Create and implement educational trainings and resources for K-12 students
