The Financial Analyst role involves preparing and reporting monthly financials, analyzing historical financials, developing annual budgets, and maintaining medium-term financial projections.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, strategy, financial due diligence (Big 4 only)
• At least 2 years of experience within the finance team of a technology product company or tech-enabled services company is required
• At least 2 years of experience in SAAS or fintech companies is preferred
• Exposure to modern ERP systems like Oracle Netsuite, SAP, Navision would be helpful
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• MBA or CA qualification is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare & report MIS/monthly financials to internal stakeholders
• Analyze historical financials & build financial models to support decision making on pricing, margins, cost structure, funding, entity structuring etc
• Develop annual budget for the Company & track variances from plan
• Work with department heads to help them achieve Company’s financial goals
• Maintain medium-term financial projections for the Company
