Senior Manager

Summary

The Senior Manager, Fintech Operations is responsible for managing payment operations, team leadership, and partner management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years in a leadership role. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech or related industry

Responsibilities

• Manage all payment operations
• Handle escalations
• Drive urgency internally and with partners
• Ensure processes are defined, maintained, and improved upon
• Ensure compliance and performance of WorkWave and employees
• Manage day-to-day Payfac operations
• Own payment partner relationships
• Define key payments metrics
• Lead process and technical improvements
• Team Leadership
• Efficiency improvement - maximizing year over year increasing positive operating leverage through automation, offshoring, outsourcing, etc
• Partner management - ensuring vendors and partners are meeting SLAs
• Business System improvement - technical acumen and ability to lead change within the CRM, ERP and other business systems that support the Fintech operation
