You will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, web, paid media, and events. Orchestrate global marketing efforts aligned with the go-to-market strategy, delivering measurable business impact. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing global or regional campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, campaign funnel metrics, and digital best practices
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and organic channels
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (e.g., Looker, Salesforce, and HubSpot)
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, remote-first organization
  • Ability to operate across time zones and work autonomously with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across global regions to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure localization, cultural relevance, and channel optimization
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop campaign messaging, assets, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Align campaigns with lifecycle stages, personas, and verticals to ensure cohesive engagement and conversion
  • Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, CVR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and optimize in-flight campaigns based on data
  • Use A/B testing and attribution tools to continuously improve conversion paths and campaign ROI
  • Build and maintain a global campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets and launches
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors where needed
  • Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign execution and reporting
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure campaign data integrity and integration across platforms
