Join Henry Schein One as a Sr. Manager of Clinical Solutions to lead the commercial success of our clinical technology offerings. This remote position within the United States focuses on growing and supporting a portfolio of integrated clinical solutions, including Imaging Center, Ascend Imaging, and others. You will serve as a key liaison with partners and drive solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and influence the future of digital clinical workflows. Responsibilities include providing leadership, owning business performance, collaborating with stakeholders, driving customer acquisition and retention, and shaping strategy through data and insights. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, healthtech, or related industries
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Knowledge of dental clinical workflows and practice management
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management within healthcare or dental
- Proven ability to drive results in a matrixed organization
- Experience leading complex projects across cross-functional teams
- Capable of translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead through influence
- Proficient in analyzing and leveraging financial data to drive business success
- Skilled in go-to-market strategy and identifying growth opportunities
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and execution accountability across clinical solutions and assigned projects
- Own business performance and growth for designated clinical solutions in a direct and matrixed team environment
- Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to address dental office clinical needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction, acquisition, and retention in collaboration with sales, marketing, and service teams
- Guide lifecycle management including business case development, product creation, and go-to-market execution
- Shape strategy through data and insights β monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, evaluating build/buy/partner opportunities to grow market presence
- Provide input into marketing and product strategy, including digital clinical workflows
- Represent the clinical category in planning and strategy sessions with senior leadership
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration across PMS and Clinical categories
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field or Masterβs degree preferred
