Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
- 10 years or more in the CRO/Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry, strong knowledge of the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector and services
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a strong marketing role
- Digital marketing and SEO proficiency
- Experience in managing and motivating teams
- Possesses a keen understanding of CRO services and the customers who buy those services
- Strategic thinker with a track record of marketing success at a CRO or in the life sciences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); must be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and SMEs – many whom are virtual
- Experience with B2B content development for the multiple stages in the customer journey—and deploying that content across channels for engagement and sales
- Experience with customer personas/ideal customer profiles to create targeted campaigns for optimal engagement
- Analytical skill to turn marketplace data into tactical marketing recommendations
- Experience in working with business development/sales teams in a sales enablement capacity
- Ability to manage various projects simultaneously with a drive for quality and timeliness
- Sets strategic plans and drives execution
Responsibilities
- Lead researcher, reporter and writer for Precision’s clinical experience
- Focused on generating marketing content that showcases the work completed / expertise in researching and operating clinical trials
- Responsible for generating case studies and experience overviews (indication, cluster or modality)
- Establishes multi-year road maps for case study development in collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Business Development (BD), Operational Strategy, and Proposals
- Produces experience-based assets in multiple form factors such as blog, PowerPoints and brochures
- Responsible for supporting BD, Operational Strategy, and Proposals requests relating to PFM experience-based assets
- Optimize asset library and identify strategic gaps to address content needs for future assets, prioritizing case studies that support Proposals and Business Development
- Creates clinical landscape articles leveraging the Citeline database to topics linked to PFM experience-based assets
- Creates industry reports and eBooks relating to clinical research/landscape trends informed by Citeline and other industry resources
- Works with team to develop marketing campaigns for promoting content to engage prospects and generate leads
