Requirements

  • Possess strong creative and analytical thinking, using data to inform storytelling and content strategies
  • Have experience developing content for multiple marketing channels, including web, social, paid, and email
  • Have SEO expertise, with a track record of driving organic traffic through strategic content optimization
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to develop compelling narratives and translate complex topics into engaging, high-impact content
  • Be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity and complexity and a bias for action
  • Be a results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with a hands-on mentality and strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with marketing, sales, CX, and product teams
  • Have proficiency in web content management (WordPress), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), CRM platforms (Salesforce), enablement platforms (Mindtickle)

Responsibilities

  • Lead core asset concepting and execution across multiple formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, data sheets, guides, infographics)
  • Develop and execute content campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and lead nurturing
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft compelling thought leadership content
  • Leverage product and customer data to create data-driven storytelling assets that enhance credibility and market positioning
  • Develop event materials and collateral to support field and virtual events
  • Create and optimize content for paid marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing to create content for email nurture campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals
  • Manage website content updates, consistency, and new page builds within WordPress
  • Oversee blog strategy and execution, ensuring content aligns with industry trends and business goals
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy, optimizing website structure, content, and metadata to improve search rankings
  • Analyze and report on website traffic and key content performance metrics, using insights to refine the content strategy
