Join OfferFit's growing Marketing team as a Senior Manager to lead content strategy, development, and enablement. You will craft thought leadership content, collaborate with internal experts, and empower sales and customer success teams. This hands-on role directly contributes to marketing program success. You'll own organic social media strategy and experiment with new content formats. The ideal candidate possesses SaaS marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and collaborative abilities. Requirements
- SaaS Extraordinaire: you’ve spent time creating content to market SaaS products (MarTech or adjacent industries a plus)!
- Structured and organized: you can structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
- Collaborative and empathetic partner: you work well with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and building solutions that match
- Entrepreneurial: you proactively identify opportunities and risks, work around obstacles, and always seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events
Responsibilities
- Lead OfferFit’s content strategy, creating a detailed calendar of content initiatives tailored to various audience segments
- Ensure alignment of content with key marketing objectives such as pipeline generation and brand awareness
- Write high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that resonates with our target audiences
- Collaborate with product experts, executives and other internal stakeholders create thought leadership pieces that establish OfferFit as the AI Decisioning Leader
- Develop and deliver content for internal teams, including key messaging, sample copy, and audience insights
- Empower sales and CS teams with compelling content assets to use in their prospect and client communications
- Own OfferFit’s organic social media strategy, including content calendar, posting, and engagement across platforms
- Work closely with internal thought leaders to ghostwrite and promote content that drives conversations in the industry
- Experiment with new content formats to reach broader audiences and improve engagement, such as video explainers, interactive content, podcasts, and more
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve content strategies to expand our reach

- The base salary range for this position in the United States is $160,000 - $165,000 per year plus eligibility for an additional bonus of $23,000
- Eligibility for an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package
