Summary
Join Help at Home as a Sr Manager, Field Recruitment and play a key role in expanding our high-quality care services. Reporting to the Field Recruitment Leader, you will manage a recruitment team, overseeing the full life cycle recruitment of caregivers across multiple markets or regions. This remote position requires daily or weekly travel within Pennsylvania. As a people leader, you will foster a positive and supportive environment, empowering your team to achieve goals and continuously improve our processes. You will be responsible for managing team performance, building talent pipelines, and developing recruiting strategies. You will also champion Help at Home's culture and stay informed on labor legislation.
Requirements
- Understand how to analyze data and uses it to manage team performance, identify bottlenecks and tell meaningful stories to our customers
- Ability to lead other leaders and provide strategic direction
- Excel at problem solving and not be afraid to change course when things are not working as intended
- Understand the candidate and field experience and is key to achieving our goals
- An inspirational leader that consistently sets and achieves team goals by creating a positive environment with plenty of recognition for good performance
- Ability to coach and manage performance
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing environment
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
- At least three (3) years of management experience in recruitment; at least five (5) years of management experience overall
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional associates
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of the Field Recruitment team, including setting goals and ensuring they are met for multiple markets
- Lead the day-to-day activity of the team, partnering with operations leaders and hiring managers through the full life cycle recruitment process
- Support the design and build of a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources
- Work with the business to ensure caregivers are matched appropriately and successfully with clients
- Develop the talent team's goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand
- Recommend and implement both digital marketing and grassroots recruiting efforts. Execute, optimize and expand where needed
- Lead the talent teamโs launch and ongoing support of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations
- Support the establishment and tracking of recruiting metrics
- Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems

- Stay up to date of labor legislation and inform leadership and managers about changes in regulations
Preferred Qualifications
RPO or Staffing experience a plus
