Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 10 years of Project Management experience
• Active PMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract and manage the 4 key focus areas (financial performance, quality, personnel, and growth)
• Be responsible for the performance of the work specified in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
• Be the primary point of contact for the CO, COR or OPM PM to resolve problems under the contract
• Ensuring all reports and other deliverables are delivered on time
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and filling vacancies
• Attending meetings pertaining to contract performance as required by the CO

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in single and multiple family credit modeling
• Experience applying fundamental and diversified professional technical concepts, theories, and practices to achieve management and technical objectives with versatility, judgment, and perception
• Experience adapting and applying methods and techniques of related scientific disciplines
• Organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating data in the solution of technical problems
