Requirements
- Has 7+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management
- Has designed and led successful development programs for people leaders or senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Brings a strong mix of instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and program management skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to changing business needs and priorities
- Communicates with clarity and empathy across levels and functions
- Loves solving problems in a collaborative, human-centered way
- Is deeply invested in helping others grow and lead with purpose
Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Scalable Programs: Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of leadership development programs that align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes
- Translate Strategy into Action: Work closely with senior leadership to translate high-level leadership priorities into practical, executable learning experiences
- Enable Manager Capability: Create tools, resources, and learning experiences that build core people leadership capabilities across the company
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with teams across Learning & Development, DEI, Talent, and Business Functions to ensure programs are aligned, integrated, and adopted
- Lead with Operational Excellence: Manage complex projects and timelines with discipline and foresight, ensuring flawless delivery and continuous improvement
- Coach and Develop Talent: Provide coaching and guidance to people managers and internal facilitators. Support development planning across teams
- Measure What Matters: Define success metrics, analyze impact, and continuously iterate on programs to ensure theyโre effective and relevant
