Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with expertise in HubSpot management and automation
- Proven ability to build and manage workflows, nurture strategies, and lead routing systems across platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices and processes, with a focus on data cleanliness and accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Webflow and Splash
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize MarTech systems for business impact
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across teams like BI, SalesOps, and Product
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Serve as the full owner and admin of HubSpot, overseeing email coding, nurture workflow strategies, lead routing, lead scoring, and platform integrations
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture strategies across platforms, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Partner with Marketing Analytics, BI, SalesOps, and Product teams to connect and optimize all marketing tools and systems
- Own the technical side of the lead journey, including lead tracking, data cleanliness, lead uploads, and form embeds
- Collaborate with the Web Lead on Webflow and agency integrations, ensuring seamless form functionality and tracking
- Support Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) efforts in partnership with the Analytics Lead and BI team, ensuring models run effectively within the MarTech stack
- Ensure proper integration and functioning of tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Splash
- Manage the tooling and infrastructure needed to support marketing campaigns, from initial lead capture to routing and scoring
- Lead a team of two associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth
