Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics or reporting roles, with success stories demonstrating strategic contributions to marketing initiatives
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing reporting and analytics within Salesforce. Familiarity with the distinctions and use cases for each system is essential
  • Experience identifying reporting needs and requirements for different stakeholders, ensuring clarity before building reports or dashboards
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries to generate reports and drive insights from BI tools
  • Experience developing automated workflows and reporting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with campaign management and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Salesforce Reporting, and ThoughtSpot
  • Operational experience designing and monitoring marketing campaigns, with a focus on data integration and automation
  • Experience managing datasets to ensure readiness for marketing use, including analysis and segmentation
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb attention to detail and time management skills, with a strong sense of accountability for work quality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing reporting and analytics systems to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, ROI, and measurement across all channels
  • Lead the identification and assessment of reporting requirements for different marketing functions, ensuring a clear understanding of stakeholders' needs before building dashboards and reports
  • Oversee day-to-day reporting and analytical processes within the marketing department, including the adoption of new BI tools and analysis of raw data to generate trends and insights for senior leadership
  • Design, update, and maintain department-wide dashboards to enable real-time access to marketing insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation programs, offering data-driven recommendations for funnel optimization and process improvement
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the marketing team, ensuring the insights are actionable and tailored to the audience
  • Collaborate to enhance StackAdapt’s marketing attribution system, ensuring data consistency and alignment across Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations teams
  • Champion marketing data quality and governance by maintaining marketing database hygiene, identifying data quality issues, and recommending process improvements to prevent recurring problems
  • Work with the martech stack to create automated processes and collaborate with other members of the MOps team in Salesforce to improve the data pipeline and standardize automation across different tools
  • Manage data processing projects for different marketing teams, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
  • Provide strategic guidance on optimizing the marketing technology budget and integrating systems to improve performance and increase conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with AMPscript and SSJS is a plus
