Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations management, data transformation, or related fields
  • Proven experience implementing modern data methodologies and managing complex projects
  • Expertise in advanced tools and systems, including Machine Learning, Big Data platforms, and workflow optimization technologies

Responsibilities

  • Drive the department's evolution towards modern methodologies for managing and analyzing complex data from diverse sources
  • Develop and implement strategies that align departmental goals with organizational priorities and future needs
  • Lead initiatives to integrate advanced tools and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency in handling growing data complexity
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, PMO and Research teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of new products, systems, solutions and methodologies
  • Oversee the management, configuration, integration, and upgrade of operational systems to meet evolving business and technological needs
  • Develop and implement system architectures that support high-performance data processing and analytics, in collaboration with Product and IT
  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of equipment at client premises, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Develop robust documentation and processes for system management to ensure consistency and reliability
  • Drive initiatives to enhance system resilience, security, and scalability, addressing current and future operational demands
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to modernize workflows and adopt cutting-edge technologies that improve operational effectiveness
  • Design resilient processes capable of adapting to evolving priorities and emerging data challenges
  • Lead change management efforts to transition to advanced methodologies with minimal disruption to operations
  • Optimize triage and escalation processes to enhance responsiveness and efficiency in managing complex workflows
  • Oversee a forward-looking talent development strategy to equip team members with skills needed for modern data transformation, in collaboration with P&C
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance employee engagement and leverage feedback to improve departmental performance
  • Develop career progression plans that align individual goals with the department’s strategic objectives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data transformation and analytics
  • Strengthen cross-departmental relationships to ensure cohesive support for organizational initiatives
  • Build a strong internal and external network to identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Agile Scrum Master or PMP
