Requirements

• Strong financial analysis skills
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python; familiarity with AI-driven tools for data modeling or research
• Ability to extract, interpret, and visualize complex data sets to inform product decisions
• Proven experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or investment-tech ecosystems
• Understanding of investor needs, deal flow management, and performance tracking in alternative assets
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, investment, data)
• Ability to lead without formal authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, development, and enhancement of analytics and investment platforms
• Translate business and financial insights into intuitive product features for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and investment analysts
• Conduct market, user, and technical research to shape product direction
• Apply AI-driven research techniques to support innovative product solutions
• Define KPIs and use data to guide product iterations and performance tracking
• Represent the product function in strategic planning and investor-related discussions
• Occasionally travel to Southeast Asia (Indonesia, 1–2 times per year initially)
