Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or advanced study in relevant field a plus
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, digital/omnichannel marketing or media agencies; Dermatology experience is a plus
  • Strong expertise in digital, media, and omnichannel strategy and execution for both Consumer and Healthcare Professional audiences
  • Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional collaboration required for omnichannel effectiveness
  • Demonstrable knowledge in media, marketing, analytics/data operations, and data privacy, including working with 3 rd party measurement solutions
  • Passion for marketing technologies supporting digital experiences, automation, and data analytics
  • Proven track record to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Up to 20% domestic travel (may include weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategic imperatives and critical success factors
  • Integrate media strategies fluidly into omnichannel and product brand plan, including channel allocation mix, tactic selection and ongoing optimization
  • Embrace customer insights, journey, and segmentation strategies to design and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure all assets meet media spec requirements
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards and initiatives and the delivery of channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plans
  • Lead QA before, during, and after campaign launches to ensure that all data is captured accurately and fed to the enterprise data warehouse
  • Contribute to discovery on new and existing channels proof of concepts/pilots for innovation
  • Effectively facilitate collaboration across functional teams (Creative, Media, Data & Analytics, IT, Sales, etc.)
  • Support the annual brand planning process
