Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition is required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition — ideally with mobile apps
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PPC/SEM, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager, Adjust, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who takes full ownership of channels and results, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Detail-oriented: Highly attentive to campaign management details, including account structure, match types, and iterative creative optimization
• Hands-On Manager and Coach: Willingness to get hands dirty with day-to-day tasks and campaign management, and ability to coach others to do the same
• Strategic Thinker: Capable of doing both tactical and strategic work, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals
• Effective Communicator: Ability to create compelling presentations and decks to secure buy-in from stakeholders on marketing plans and strategies
