Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, pharmacy, or healthcare administration)
  • 2-4 years of experience in PBM analytics or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in making pharmacy data actionable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems including SQL, Python or other related system

Responsibilities

  • Manage the pharmacy analytics program for Rightway's pharmacy network, including tracking performance, network audit protocol, and forecast
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the pharmacy network and forecast performance, using data analytics tools and techniques as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize client network opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, such as federal and state laws governing pharmacy networks
  • Develop pharmacy strategy as it relates to audits (on-site and daily)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account management, operations, underwriting, to ensure alignment with network strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of pharmacy network performance to senior management on a routine basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field (business, pharmacy or healthcare)
  • 5+ Years of PBM Experience
  • Tableau or other reporting software
  • Pharmacy Technician

Benefits

BASE SALARY: $120,000 - $140,000
