Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years’ or master’s degree with 10 years’ experience in wafer fab engineering of magnetic head or other semi conductor products of comparable complexity
- Project leadership to coordinate, facilitate, and drive actions with cross-functional teams
- Data analysis and basic understanding of process parameters to performance correlation
- Create executive summary and present to upper management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage change management for wafer process qualifications
- Manage review for material recoveries
- Manage a team of QA engineers to support issues flagged by customers following 8D and 6sigma methodology
- Facilitate new product review in formal forum following corporate product review guidelines from initial reviews to production start
- Collaborate with FA and yield engineering to assure wafer outgoing quality
- Promote Quality Culture among wafer process and equipment engineering teams
- Facilitate process FMEA with cross functional teams
