Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15 years’ or master’s degree with 10 years’ experience in wafer fab engineering of magnetic head or other semi conductor products of comparable complexity
  • Project leadership to coordinate, facilitate, and drive actions with cross-functional teams
  • Data analysis and basic understanding of process parameters to performance correlation
  • Create executive summary and present to upper management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage change management for wafer process qualifications
  • Manage review for material recoveries
  • Manage a team of QA engineers to support issues flagged by customers following 8D and 6sigma methodology
  • Facilitate new product review in formal forum following corporate product review guidelines from initial reviews to production start
  • Collaborate with FA and yield engineering to assure wafer outgoing quality
  • Promote Quality Culture among wafer process and equipment engineering teams
  • Facilitate process FMEA with cross functional teams

Knowledge of the integrated process flow from wafer start to finish
