Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing
  • Deep understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Mocha, Chai, etc)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate test creation, bug diagnosis, or regression coverage
  • Strong experience with GitHub workflows, version control, and collaborative engineering environments
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux CLI and scripting for test and build automation
  • Prior experience working in agile development teams, CI/CD pipelines, and fast-moving startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy for key product initiatives, from test planning to implementation and automation
  • Build and maintain both unit and end-to-end tests using modern frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, etc)
  • Use AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Codex, Cursor) to streamline test writing, refactoring, bug reproduction, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure a quality-first approach across all releases
  • Investigate, triage, and verify issues reported by users or internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous integration (CI) pipelines and help define deployment-readiness criteria
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and QA retrospectives to continuously improve quality culture
  • Contribute to test documentation, regression libraries, and quality benchmarks

Exposure to blockchain products, financial platforms, or web3 ecosystems
