Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales, sales development or marketing role, specifically in B2B environments, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies
  • A track record of building and managing high-performing teams that effectively use technology in sales processes, preferably with experience in the use of AI tooling
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging audiences ranging from executives to technical teams
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, adept at synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement
  • An understanding of technical audiences, the software development lifecycle, particularly CI/CD practices, and how they relate to customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in a sales or marketing role with a focus on B2B SaaS products, preferably with at least 5 years in a related field
  • A strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret analytics to inform strategies
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a small team effectively, fostering a culture of innovation and quality engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging various audiences from executives to technical teams
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, particularly CI/CD processes, and their importance in customer engagement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead with data and AI tools to maximize prospect engagement and development to drive MQLs, SQLs, and overall pipeline growth
  • Create a framework that identifies promising accounts and prioritizes outreach efforts based on potential value and fit
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create highly effective campaigns that generate qualified leads, driving them into the buyer's journey
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes to measure campaign success, track ROI, to refine our approach and inform future investment decisions
  • Develop and implement best practices for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, establishing clear guidelines for engagement and follow-up
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative practices, digital tools, and technologies that enhance lead generation efforts
  • Leading and coaching a team of Sales Engagement professionals focused on employing data and digital tools to maximize prospect engagement
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the buyer's journey
  • Analyzing performance metrics and insights to optimize engagement strategies, continuously improving our approach based on data-driven results
  • Developing and sharing best practices for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy
  • Assisting in the identification of high-potential accounts and prioritizing outreach efforts based on fit and opportunity
  • Supporting Sales leadership by ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads, establishing clear guidelines for engagement and follow-up
  • Keeping up with industry trends to recommend innovative practices and tools that enhance lead generation efforts
