Summary
Join Shenzhen Shengqi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. as a Senior Sales Manager and develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Chile. You will identify customer project plans and market demands, converting them into orders, develop brand agents and sales channels, and expand the sales network by developing OEM customers. Conduct market research, provide feedback on industry dynamics, and organize internal and external resources to achieve results. Engage in business negotiations, build strong customer relationships, assist in project execution, and resolve after-sales issues. This role offers flexible work-from-home hours and business trip reimbursement. The position is contracted through a third-party employer.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or above: Proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English, capable of using it as a working language
- At least two years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration
- Successful business development experience: Familiarity with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in at least one specific region (Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa)
- Mature work methods: Ability to independently develop business and possess strong market analysis and judgment skills
- Strong stress resistance and execution skills
- Two years of sales experience in new energy industry
- English as a working language
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers: Identify customer project plans and market demands, and convert these demands into orders
- Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels
- Expand the sales network by developing OEM customers
- Understand market product standards and demand trends: Regularly conduct necessary market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information
- Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into deliverable results
- Engage in business negotiations with clients: Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major issues in after-sales: Drive internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership
