Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful SEO strategies
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy
- On-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup to improve search engine rankings
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website architecture, page speed, and technical elements are optimized for search engines
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality content that meets SEO guidelines and enhances user experience
- Link Building: Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- SEO Tools & Technologies: Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, identify issues, and optimize strategies
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive
