Join Constant Contact as the Senior Manager, Website Experience, focusing on International Strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven website marketing strategies for international markets, collaborating with global teams, and optimizing the website experience for diverse audiences. This role requires managing multi-regional campaigns, content localization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will work cross-functionally with various teams to align website messaging and product offerings. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international marketing strategies and website management
- Proven experience with website localization, and international marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentfull)
- Deep knowledge of international user behavior, cultural trends, and market-specific digital preferences
- Familiarity with international privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic web development principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Create and implement data-driven website marketing strategies tailored to international markets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and brand positioning
- Collaborate with our International GMs and Indirect Marketing team to create, develop, and launch end to end funnels to support Franchise, Multi-Account, Agencies for our partners
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure the website is localized for different languages, cultures, and regional preferences. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring relevance and cultural appropriateness across key global markets
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Regional Marketing teams to align website messaging, product offerings, and promotional activities with regional priorities
- Create end to end personalized funnel experiences from .Com through to Product, aligned to the Buyer's Journey
- Improve the quality and velocity of testing initiatives with a proven track record of achieving statistically significant lift via conversion rate optimization
- Implement strategic conversion rate optimization tactics to effectively convert prospects into customers across the demand gen funnel
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, A/B testing (Optimizely), and heat maps (Quantum Metric). Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user experience and conversion rates across international markets
- Work with design and development teams to optimize the websiteβs UX/UI for international audiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across different regions
- Plan and execute international website campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Ensure campaigns are tailored to local market needs while maintaining consistency with the global brand
