Summary

The Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for Grafana Labs in the Mid Atlantic region is responsible for managing a team of Solution Engineers, partnering with sales leaders, customer experience teams, marketing, product management, and engineering to drive adoption programs. They will also work closely with key accounts and channel partners to find and drive enablement and sell with/through them.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience leading a team as a manager
• 7-10 years in the high tech industry
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing people
• Open source selling or Cloud first/Product led sales experience
• Direct experience implementing formal sales methodologies
• Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Solution Engineers
• Partner with sales leaders, customer experience teams, marketing, product management, and engineering
• Drive adoption programs
• Work closely with key accounts and channel partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open source selling or cloud first/product led sales motion
• Background in developer, architect, or sales engineer roles
