Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Summary

Join Wiz, the fastest-growing cloud security startup, as a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager in India. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead a team focused on large enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with account teams and customers. You will be a technical leader, mentoring your team while also engaging directly with technology. This role requires cloud security expertise, experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and strong leadership skills. You will partner with sales and product teams to drive operational excellence and manage deals in Salesforce. The position involves significant travel within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 25-50% across assigned geo
• Cloud security experience
• AWS/ Azure/ GCP hands on experience
• Network engineering experience / background
• Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge
• Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
• Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts across the geo
• Recruit, retain, develop and coach a team of regionally focused skilled SEs
• Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency
• Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce
• Partner with the India AVP to develop a strong working relationship with the account teams
• Serve as the trusted advisor to your customers for all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with traditional CSPM tools and / or cloud infrastructure security
• Technical SaaS Selling experience
• Awareness of the CI/CD process
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
