Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in visual design, 3 or more years management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional results
• Strong storytelling skills: Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling narratives
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate design decisions and present work effectively
• Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
• Outstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
• Understand, interpret and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability

• Manage design budgets and resources effectively, prioritizing projects and delivering on time

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus
