Summary

Join MeridianLink as a Market Analyst and play a key role in shaping the company's competitive intelligence strategy. You will deliver insights that inform product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. This role involves centralizing and analyzing competitive data, synthesizing market trends, and scaling intelligence across the organization. You will partner with various teams to gather and validate insights, develop dashboards and presentations, and support sales enablement efforts. The position also includes assisting in the implementation and management of competitive intelligence tools and processes. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or product marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Powerpoint, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CI platforms (e.g., Klue, Crayon) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skillsβ€”able to distill complex data into clear insights

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, product offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to maintain and update battlecards, win/loss insights, and competitive profiles
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to gather field intelligence and validate insights
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies
  • Track macroeconomic and regulatory shifts impacting financial institutions and fintechs
  • Support quarterly market landscape updates and strategic planning sessions
  • Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to integrate insights into messaging, campaigns, and product launches
  • Support sales enablement with objection handling, trap questions, and competitive positioning
  • Assist in implementation of CI tools (e.g., Klue, Crayon) and continue to manage to ensure data hygiene and stakeholder engagement
  • Help define and evolve CI governance and reporting package
