Summary

Join RYZ Labs as a Sr. Marketing Analyst and lead marketing data and analytics efforts for a personal health brand. You will build and execute marketing attribution strategies, analyze customer acquisition funnels, and drive insights impacting growth and retention. This role requires expertise in attribution, mixed media modeling (MMM), and growth analytics for a direct-to-consumer business. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing marketing attribution models, analyzing customer acquisition funnels and lifetime value, and building marketing data models. You will also create marketing dashboards and reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position demands strong SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tool skills.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience with focus on attribution, MMM, and growth metrics
  • Expert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization and data modeling
  • Snowflake Experience: Proficiency with Snowflake data warehouse including performance optimization and cost management
  • Dbt Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
  • BI Tools: Strong experience with Looker for dashboard creation and self-service analytics
  • Attribution Expertise: Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, MMM, and multi-touch attribution
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and A/B testing
  • DTC Experience: Experience analyzing direct-to-consumer marketing channels and customer acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling to measure campaign effectiveness across channels
  • Analyze customer acquisition funnels, CAC optimization, lifetime value modeling, and retention metrics
  • Deep analysis of direct-to-consumer marketing performance, channel effectiveness, and customer journey optimization
  • Build and maintain marketing data models using dbt and SQL within Snowflake environment
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Looker/Omni for stakeholder consumption
  • Design and analyze marketing experiments, A/B tests, and campaign optimization strategies
  • Translate complex marketing data into actionable insights for marketing teams and executive leadership
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer experience teams on data-driven initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Omni analytics platform
  • Experience with machine learning models for marketing optimization
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure data services
  • Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
  • Background in consumer-facing, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities with data
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
