Senior Market Research Analyst

Summary

The Senior Market Research Analyst will handle research projects from initial scope to final execution, using various analytical techniques and tools like R, SQL, SPSS, and Q. This part-time, remote position requires advanced understanding of research methodology, analytical techniques, and expertise in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace tools.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of research methodology and analytical techniques
• Ability to tell stories with supporting data
• Experience using R, SQL, SPSS, and Q
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace tools

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing research projects from scope through final reporting
• Writing custom questions and monitoring in-field collection, making necessary adjustments as needed
• Building dashboards - both exploratory and to spec, running Deep Profiles, creating scorecards, conducting significance testing, and interpreting data
• Using tools - such as R - to run reports and create new products
• Conducting secondary research to provide context for project design and findings
• Supervising analyst contributions and overseeing presentation of findings
• Developing subject matter expertise on industry verticals, research methodologies, and/or cultural and social phenomena
