Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Research Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance or financial services
- Undergraduate degree, marketing preferred
- Skilled in Excel, comfortable working with data and systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Knowledgeable with search engines and web analytics
- Willingness and ability to learn new concepts
- Familiarity with attribution modeling concepts and models
- Confident in basic math and statistics
- Ability to explain and communicate complex ideas and information in an understandable and easy to follow manner
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Great capacity to understand and relay complex data across industries
- Superb ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Research a variety of growth opportunities as to their viability, potential return, competitive position, market size
- Analyze how different marketing assets and methods are performing and how to improve them, as well as their allocation within various channels
- Develop and implement attribution models to measure effectiveness of marketing and growth initiatives
- Participate in projects to understand the feasibility of creating marketing automation, linking data from multiple systems to drive growth (HubSpot, Salesforce, broker portal, IMS policy admin system and more)
- Investigate into cross-sell data to come up with hypothesis, supporting data and market tests
- Create reports, presentations, and action items based on collected data
- Analyze data from numerous sources to identify market trends and broker/consumer insights
- Conduct in-depth market research on a variety of growth initiatives
- Review and interpret large data or information sets and organize them into understandable presentations, spreadsheets, charts, or relevant facts
- Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices
- Analyze the performance of broker and customer acquisition and retention programs, across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital (search, social, email, display/video advertising), online and offline partnerships, and sales
- Develop data-driven insights to assist innovation and strategic decision making
- Present findings and insights to business stakeholders

- $80,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus. Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location
