You will collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to drive data-driven decision-making and growth. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience in building analytics teams and has a proven track record of generating incremental value through data-driven decisions. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in building strong, effective analytics teams with a proven track record of generating incremental value by making data driven decisions
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Thorough experience leveraging product analytics tools (such as Google Analytics & FullStory) for analyzing user journeys, identifying friction points, and opportunity areas
  • Advanced abilities in SQL, along with requisite knowledge in other relevant languages (eg. Python and R), as well as an ability to use statistical modeling techniques for robust analysis and other analytical tools (Dataiku, Alteryx) to manipulate and analyze large and varied data sources
  • Understanding of UX and product design principles and how they impact success metrics and overall business performance
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive data-backed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline driven environment where priorities are often changing and need to be rebalanced
  • A strong business acumen with solid experience translating key business questions into well-structured analysis and presentations shared back to the business
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the analytics function within the Hospitality business unit, developing the strategy, processes, tools, and best practices for measuring and optimizing marketing and revenue performance
  • Establish a scalable analytics infrastructure, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for performance tracking, optimization, and decision-making
  • Partner with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation
  • Define and socialize key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving adoption across teams
  • Develop and implement test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and revenue generation
  • Act as the primary analytics storyteller, transforming complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence strategy, investment, and execution
  • Work closely with analysts and data scientists to leverage predictive modeling, segmentation, and advanced analytics to uncover new opportunities
  • Champion automation and scalability, ensuring analytics processes and reporting frameworks evolve with the business
  • Shape strategic decision-making by embedding analytics into key business processes, including target-setting, OKRs, and performance measurement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in eCommerce, retail, Loyalty or digital marketing industries is preferred
