Summary

The job is for a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator at Cision, a global tech company specializing in PR, marketing, and social media management. The role involves managing the company's Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring system availability, integrity, security, and supporting internal end-users globally. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services, Power Platform, and Power Shell scripting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly managing a medium/large size environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure AD
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes
• Understanding of entire Microsoft Office 365 suite product and solutions
• Building and executing PowerShell scripts
• General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP
• Knowledge Slack administration
• Knowledge of Identity management product such as Okta
• English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s Microsoft 365 environment
• Ensure system availability, integrity, security, and support of internal end-users globally
• Be a Microsoft Office 365 technical subject matter expert
• Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment
• Configuration and maintenance of policies, settings and packages within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Promote innovative solutions to internal clients regarding Microsoft Productivity offerings
• Drive continuous improvement efforts
• Take ownership of issue equest through resolution or escalation

• Microsoft O365 Certification
• Azure Certification
• ITIL Certification
