Senior Module Sales Manager

Summary

The Senior Sales Manager role at Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp is responsible for driving business by selling PV modules in the utility-scale market within the United States. The position requires 5+ years of sales experience with Tier 1 solar manufacturers, excellent communication skills, and travel up to 30%. The salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with Tier 1 solar manufacturers, such as First Solar, JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Longi Solar, Canadian Solar, etc
• Substantial network among new developers and EPC contractors
• Ability to develop PV business with utility-scale developers and EPC contractors
• Demonstrated understanding of the business development
• Creative drive for entrepreneurial opportunities and the flexibility to work with many different types of customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pursue new solar module-sale opportunities to foster the company’s growth in the utility-scale market
• Prioritize acquiring new customers among developers, EPC companies, utility companies, etc
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure business goals are achieved
• Create effective differentiators and negotiation strategies, while comprehending all key commercial and legal issues
• Analyze and comprehend the market dynamics and needs
• All other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales

Benefits

• $150,000 - $170,000 a year
• An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package
• Dependent on the level and position offered
• The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide
