Join WOONGJIN, Inc. as a SharePoint Consultant and Developer, responsible for the full lifecycle of SharePoint solutions, from design and development to deployment and support. This remote position (US Eastern Time preferred) requires 12+ years of experience in MS SharePoint consultation and development within an enterprise environment. Requirements

  • 12+ years of MS SharePoint consultation and development experience in an enterprise environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate functionality
  • Implement SharePoint software applications and other MS collaboration applications and software
  • Extensive experience/knowledge of MS SQL, AD (Active Directory), customization of MS SharePoint
  • Solid knowledge of performance Improvement best practices
  • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutions
  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
  • Analyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply the business requirements
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate functionality
  • Implement SharePoint software applications and interfaces with all required software or servers
  • Support End User Acceptance Testing activities, and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support
  • Assist with upgrades, and new releases and monitor the performance of the technical objects
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SharePoint Best Practices
  • Code change and code review
  • Develop enhancements and customizations
  • Help client with solution
  • Writing technical specifications
  • Ensure the developed and customized complies with company quality assurance standards
  • Be an individual contributor when it comes to designing and developing frameworks and critical pieces of code which have a wider impact
  • Create detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects
  • Be available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
  • Writing development progress reports
