Senior Netsuite Administrator

Summary

Therabody is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to manage and maintain their NetSuite system, develop custom scripts and workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish a center of excellence, provide technical support, and stay updated with the latest NetSuite features. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, proficiency in SuiteScript, strong knowledge of global accounting processes, supply and demand planning, and order management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite administrator experience
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, building and supporting workflows, and SuiteAnalytics
• Strong knowledge of global accounting processes and Avalara
• Strong knowledge of supply and demand planning, and order management processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability
• Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to enhance the functionality of the NetSuite system according to the needs of our business customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve supply and demand planning processes, order to cash processes, and inventory management
• Establish and maintain a center of excellence, including a framework for governance and best practices
• Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users with a positive attitude and transparent communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Celigo is a plus

Benefits

• $90,000 - $120,000 a year (base pay range for the U.S., actual salary may vary)
• This position is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed
