Senior Networking Solutions Architect

Summary

Join Myriad360 as a Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and manage complex network solutions using Juniper, Cisco, and Arista technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in network engineering, operations, or architecture
• Experience and certifications with Cisco and/or Juniper (CCIE/CCNP, JNCIE/JNCIP)
• Breadth and depth of knowledge spanning the entire OSI layer stack – from bits on a wire to addressing to DNS to transport to application
• Experience doing group facilitation
• Aptitude for leading customer conversations
• Client relationship management experience
• Advanced time, expectation, and knowledge management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, technical writing, and diagramming skills
• Technical fluency in network AND at least one of the following domains: security, cloud, storage, virtualization, compute
• High level of fluency in systems/application requirements that drive network needs
• Knowledge of multi-vendor environments and the challenges therein
• Knowledge of field expedient networking/remote work tools such as: SSH, Ansible, VMs, VPN, tunnels, OOB management toolsets

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and detailed network designs, focusing on scalability, performance, and security
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to align network strategies with business goals
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for network issues, ensuring swift resolution
• Stay current with the latest advancements in networking technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance network capabilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, develop proposals, and present technical solutions. Assist in pre-sales activities including RFP responses and product demonstrations
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and build strong relationships to support sales efforts
