Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting or scaling operations in a fast-growing startup
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with extensive proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets
• Strong execution bias, a hands-on approach, and the agility to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities
• Proven critical-thinking capabilities, sharp analytical acumen, and the ability to make clear, informed decisions
• A proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving meaningful change independently
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing and inspiring high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program enhancement, guide strategic planning, and collaboratively develop and implement solutions
• Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction
• Manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, motivate, and coach operations associates and clinicians, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support seamless collaboration and program success
• Partner with expert clinicians to address complex cases, extract actionable insights, and scale improvements across the program
• Monitor and control operational costs, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maintain budgetary discipline
