Requirements
- 5+ yearsβ experience in data analytics team
- Fluent in SQL, experience building and maintaining data models in dbt or similar tooling
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives from start to finish
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
- You are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively
- Take full ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously without supervision
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-level executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations
- Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
- Work in tandem with Analytics Engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas

- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working autonomously
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
- You are driven by business impact generated from your insights
- You are proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements and collaborating with a number of different teams across the company
- You know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
